  • Senior Software Engineer

    NeuraLight is on the hunt for a talented, passionate, and ambitious senior software engineer to join our engineering team. 

    Help us revolutionize the lives of billions affected by neurological disorders.

    What You’ll Do:

    Develop precision-driven eye movement measurement products with standard web cameras and specialized hardware.

    Architect and build user interfaces and end-to-end flows for both medical personnel and patients, on PCs and mobile devices.

    Shape solutions by collaborating with product management and UI designers.

    Contribute to our engineering culture in a collaborative environment with frontend engineers, backend engineers, and researchers.

    About You:

    Experienced: 5+ years in software development.

    Proficient: Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.

    UX Enthusiast: Passionate about product and user experience.

    Reliable: Experienced in maintaining production environments.

    Team Player: Can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

    Bonus Skills: Experience in React.js, Python and AWS or other major clouds.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, service-oriented, and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to join NeuraLight!

    We are looking for an Operations Admin for our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will manage office administration, handle day-to-day operations, support the planning and execution of employee experience activities, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

    What you’ll do:

    • Office Management
      • Ensure all office spaces are well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked with equipment and materials.
      • Manage procurement and supply needs for IT, office supplies, branded items, and miscellaneous items, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Administrative Support
      • Coordinate and manage scheduling for leadership.
      • Provide operational support for product needs, such as coordinating logistics for trials and ordering necessary materials.
      • Handle additional support tasks as needed, including travel arrangements, documentation, and more.
    • HR Support
      • Assist the HR Manager with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and welfare activities.

    This is the perfect job for someone who has:

    • Alignment with NeuraLight’s core values (see below)
    • 1-2 years of proven office management or administrative experience (experience in a start-up or hi-tech company is a plus).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
    • Proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
    • A team player with a can-do approach who is eager to learn and assist in all areas.
    • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
